Healthy Living NT are now also providing private dietitian services. GP Management Plan referrals are accepted to subsidise costs, as well as eligible Commonwealth concession cards. To refer clients to our private dietitian services complete a detailed referral letter including reason for referral, medical history and recent pathology. People who have been diagnosed with diabetes, pre-diabetes or are eligible for our cardiac rehabilitation program can still access our dietitians free of charge as per normal.
