Touching Base 2020 Goal Setting

Touching Base for the New Year is Goal Setting.  Come along Tuesday 14 January to our

session which starts at 9am to go through some mental health goals for the New Year.

This 2 hour session covers our topic of mental health in the first half and then a health

review in the second half.
