Healthy Living NT COVID-19 return to the new normal
Healthy Living NT, a certified COVID compliant business, has served the community for almost 40 years and we are fully committed to protecting the health and wellbeing of our customers and clients, our staff and the NT community as a whole. As of 18 May we reintroduced face to face services in a controlled manner which complies with NT Government recommendations and risk mitigation strategies.
As per the NTG roadmap our stage 2 service delivery model includes;
- Recommencement of face to face diabetes, cardiac and private dietetic education services with social distancing strategies in place
- Phone consultations for all services which are already booked will continue
- The option for phone consultations will remain for all services, where possible
- Office hours and product delivery via our Darwin and Alice Springs offices will remain unchanged
From 05 June, our service delivery model will be adapted as per the NTG stage 3 roadmap.
As we adapt our services to the new normal, we are working to ensure the same high levels of service, professionalism and care you have come to expect from Healthy Living NT.
