Aboriginal & Torres Strait Program Officer - Diabetes 

This position will work in consultation and collaboratively with the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Community Engagement Program Manager to support consultation and effective communications with Indigenous stakeholders, including people with diabetes, health services, health professionals and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
