Diabetes Education Services
Healthy Living NT has Diabetes Education Services based in both Darwin and Alice Springs with telephone support services for the rest of the Northern Territory. Diabetes education services include group and individual education for people with diabetes and their families. A referral from your doctor is preferred as this provides a confirmation of your exact diagnosis together with other relevant test results, that helps us better tailor our services to you.
