Community Liaison Officer

This Darwin based, project position is offered on a full time or part time basis.

The position is to promote the National Diabetes Services Scheme and strengthen relationships between Healthy Living NT and Aboriginal Medical Services, DHF and other health services which provide primary care to Indigenous people across the NT.
