A number of initiatives have been set up to assist patients to travel to Healthy Living NT and Royal Darwin Hospital from the Casuarina Bus Interchange and Palmerston.
Casuarina - Hospital - Healthy Living NT Bus Service
Darwin Bus Service have designated a bus route from the Casuarina Bus Interchange to Royal Darwin Hospital, Healthy Living NT and returning to the Casuarina Bus Interchange. This service is available Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. This bus is on Route 1 H and departs from Bay G

Palmerston - Hospital Shuttle
A FREE door to door service for seniors and mobility impaired passengers has commenced on a six month trial basis. The service will operate from the Palmerston Bus Interchange and will drop passengers at the Palmerston Health Precinct, Healthy Living NT, Darwin Private Hospital and Royal Darwin Hospital, and is available Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.
This service is limited to eligible concession card holders, conditions apply. The shuttle bus has limited seats and bookings are subject to availability (24 hour prior notice recommended). For eligibility and booking information click here.
